The Funding Application
What we will Fund:
- Items of Equipment/toys
- Training materials and educational literature
- Training Course/Conference Fees
- Assistant Sponsorship
- Transportation & Accommodation when attending training courses/therapy sessions
What we will not fund:
- Applicants requesting funding for a program/equipment that is not deemed ethical by the charity.
- Applications that go against the charity constitution.
- Applications from charities deemed to hold funds in excess of their needs.
Conditions:
- Please note that it is Special policy that when we do offer direct financial help, all funding must be through the purchase of an item or service except in exceptional circumstances.
- All applicants must be for Scottish Residents.
- Applicants must be seen to be fundraising independently.
How much can we apply for?
There is no maximum or minimum amount. All applications will be assessed individually.
Procedure:
- All applications will be assessed individually.
- Special will request a house visit during the decision process.
- All applications which are referring to programs must ensure these programs are ethical.
- All applications with reference to chosen programs must be supported with the program details and if applicable, scientific evidence.
- Applicants will be notified of the decision no more than one month from the date the application is received.
